Where is there justice?
planet in total despair
Mother Earth weeps

 

Mother Earth weeps
 fish in endangered homes
toxic waters

 

toxic waters
worldwide epidemic
justice rendered

 

justice rendered
our lack of care, our greed
laissez-faire

 

laissez-faire
global accord sourly lost
no one agrees

 

no one agrees
needs and perceptions differ
consensus lost!

 

consensus lost
recipes for justice
too many chefs!

 

planet will decline
world views won’t compromise
universal death

 

universal death
fear and greed take over
Mother Earth weeps

 

Mother Earth weeps
sees all existence perish
earth’s decline

 

earth’s decline
global justice be gone!
shame on us all!

 

shame on us all!
snubbing earth’s looming demise
well then, justice served!

Chèvrefeuille reminds us about all living things including insects however small are children of Mother Earth just as we are.  Sweetness being the theme I see this as found among all of Mother Nature`s offspring as well as the sweetness mixed with tang tasted from fruits.

I saw little creatures crawl

between fallen leaves

the spider awakens from his sleep
