Working evenings, I
leave late and often face the moon. I often look
up in wonder. It is such a great break
from a long shift.
I often cannot help but just look up.
At this hour there are few pedestrians on the side streets, so I just
stroll mesmerized. Not always the
smartest thing to do on city sidewalks.

ReplyDeleteThank you....I had to get that one out of the way cos it is something that happens to me often walking home from work late at night...head in a cloud so often:)

DeleteOh now -- how embarrassing! But -- I've done the same myself so many times, LOL!
ReplyDeleteEmbarassing? Nah, at my age, I care less and less as long as I don't fall:)
Deletetripping down the cobblestones ... look at the moon and feeling groovy :-) Loved your series Cher!
ReplyDeleteAh, yes, Cara, moonstruck in a groovy kind of love daze (I wish) ..."grins"
Delete'Tripped' , that looking up will do that to you sometimes, but I bet it was a glorious night, worth the trip :)-
ReplyDeleteOn a clear night it is always a good walk to the metro and home:)
DeleteI guess that there are many ways of being moonstruck *smiles* -- but I adore the second one...
ReplyDeleteI was just looking for the "man" on the moon:) so pleased you liked my second one...it is the one I like best too.
