autumn's finest (haiku)

Inspired by Carpe Diem's "Sparkling Stars" #4, Basho's "the autumn full moon"

Working evenings, I leave late and often face the moon.  I often look up in wonder.  It is such a great break from a long shift.  I often cannot help but just look up.  At this hour there are few pedestrians on the side streets, so I just stroll mesmerized.  Not always the smartest thing to do on city sidewalks.
